Fugue for floor C4 (Grey)

For filling seams between ceramic, stone and glass tiles on the internal and external surfaces of buildings with the flooring.

APPLICATION

The mixture is used for filling joints between ceramic, stone and glass tiles on the internal and external surfaces of buildings, resistant to deformation (joint width 4-12 mm).

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

The seams between the tiles must be cleaned of dirt and dust. Immediately after laying the tiles, you need to start preparing the seams, having previously cleaned them from the adhesive solution. When the old tiles are folded, the old fugue must be removed and the base moistened.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

The contents of the package should be evenly poured into clean water, the temperature of which is 15-20 ° C, stir intensively until a plastic, homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Leave for 3-5 minutes, then re-mix. The solution retains its properties for up to 1 hour. The mortar must be rubbed into the seams with a rubber float or a rubber spatula. Wipe the exposed surface with a damp sponge. The hardened residues should be removed with a soft dry cloth. To prevent drying, wiped seams should be moistened with a damp sponge or water spray. In 14 days after setting, the seams are recommended to be treated with protection “ARTISAN №1”.

All recommendations are valid at a temperature of +20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60%. The manufacturer is not responsible for improper application of the material, nor for its use for purposes and conditions not provided for in the manual.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The mixture contains cement, which when combined with water forms alkali. It is necessary to prevent the hitting impregnation on the skin and mucous membranes. All work should be carried out in goggles, rubber gloves and protective clothing. Provide fresh air. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and if necessary, consult a doctor.

EXPIRATION DATE

In dry conditions and hermetic packaging the period of storage is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.

The dry mix is packaged in bags of 5 kg.
