APPLICATION

Universal ecologically safe, disinfectant with high antimicrobial activity in relation to a wide class of microorganisms: bacteria, viruses, mold fungi, microalgae, yeast, spore forms of microorganisms. For antifungal and biocidal protection of all types of surfaces of building structures inside and outside buildings and structures. The composition contains 1% of the active substance and is ready for use.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

The surface of the material to be treated must be dry, free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, paint. Antifungal impregnation processes the surfaces before applying primers or paints. The surface of the wood is treated with a 1% solution (according to the active substance) at a flow rate of 100-200 ml per 1 m² of surface. Impregnation “Antifungus” can be applied with a roller, brush, paint sprayer. Drying time of 1 layer is about 20-30 minutes under normal climatic conditions (temperature +20 ° С and relative humidity 60%). The next layer can be applied without waiting for the previous one to dry (in 5-10 minutes). When using impregnation “Antifungus” in concrete, mortars, plasters, an aqueous impregnation solution is prepared in a ratio of 1: 1 and is used as mixing water for the dry mixture.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Impregnation “Antifungus” is safe for human health and the environment, fire and explosion-proof. In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse with clean running water.

EXPIRATION DATE

Can be stored in a hermetically sealed container for up to 12 months at a temperature of at least 0 ° C. Protect from freezing.

PACKAGING

Impregnation “Antifungus” is supplied in a ready to use 1% solution in a container of 0.5, 1 and 5 liters.

APPLICATION

The composition is used to protect mineral surfaces from various types of contaminants, fading, salt deposits (efflorescence). It is applied to the material, absorbed into it by capillaries and forms a vapor-permeable, colorless, water-repellent film.

– Low molecular weight of oligomers ensures high penetrating ability;

– the structure of the molecules makes it possible to use it for building materials with a high content of alkali;

– provides a rapid manifestation of hydrophobic effect, due to which the treated surface quickly becomes resistant to the effects of atmospheric precipitation;

– increases frost resistance.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

The surface must be dry. Pollution should be previously eliminated mechanically. In the presence of salts harmful to the construction, it is necessary to make a qualitative analysis of their content. Those areas that are supposed to be treated must have open pores. Surfaces that will not be treated (windows lacquered and intended for painting) must be protected. Materials sensitive to the solvent, such as insulation from polystyrene, mastic for seams, bitumen, latex, etc. do not have to contact the staff.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

For different types of surfaces, use the table. Shake before use. Apply the material by spraying or brushing. Application is carried out evenly and to saturation for one or more working approaches. As a rule, it is enough to process the surface of a building material twice, while the washing should be applied by the method “wet to wet”. The highest efficiency is achieved with a well-absorbent surface. Clean tools immediately after use with removers of the 646-650 series.

All recommendations are effective at a temperature of + 20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60%.

The manufacturer is not responsible for improper use of the material, as well as its application in order and conditions not stipulated by the instruction.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Work should be done away from open sources of fire. Do not drink, smoke or eat while working. Mandatory use of protective glasses and gloves. In case of contact with the skin and eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and, if necessary, consult a doctor. Ensure good ventilation in enclosed spaces. Do not turn.

Keep away from open flame in accordance with fire safety regulations.

APPLICATION

Universal hydrophobic liquid is designed to impart hydrophobic (water repellent) properties to such substrates as concrete, silicate brick, plaster and other mineral bases with high water absorption.

PROPERTIES

“Face protection fluid №2” can be used for both indoor and outdoor use. Economical and easy to use. Due to its good penetrating ability, it forms a reliable protective layer on the treated surface, which after complete drying is not washed off with water and withstands the action of various detergents.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

Preparation of the base is carried out, according to СНиП 3.04.01-87 and ДБН В.2.6-22-2001. The substrate must be dry and strong, without visible damage. Unstable, loose areas of the surface of the substrate should be removed mechanically.

!! It is not used for waterproofing floors and protecting building structures from soil water. Work should be performed at a temperature of +5 to +30 ° C.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

Shake well before use, then apply the liquid with a roller or brush to the surface to be fully saturated. On porous, strong-absorbing surfaces 2-3 layers of impregnation are applied. Water repellent effect comes in 4 weeks.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. It is advisable to work in rubber gloves. In case of contact with the skin and eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water.

Much easier to care for the lined surfaces, enhances the brightness of colors. Due to its good penetrating ability, it forms a reliable protective layer on the treated surface, which after complete drying is not washed off with water and withstands the action of various detergents.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

!! Do not use on surfaces that are not reliably isolated from groundwater.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

The liquid “Protection for facing No. 1” is ready for use. It is applied to the surface with a brush. Do not pour “Protection for facing No. 1” directly on the surface. The liquid “Protection for lining No. 1” should be distributed evenly throughout the surface to be treated and left for a few minutes for better absorption and the formation of a quality protective layer. Remove residual liquid with a cloth and, if necessary, treat the surface again. Apply 2-3 layers of protection to the highly absorbent base. Fundamentals that have a small absorbent capacity are treated with a soft cloth to prevent the formation of a non-uniform protective layer on the surface.

!! Walking on the floor can be done 24 hours after the treatment “Protection for facing # 1”.

!! The seams are treated with a thin brush 2 weeks after the jointing works.
