PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

The surface of the blocks should be cleaned of grease, old paints, dust and other materials that reduce adhesion, and treated with a primer of deep penetration of “Primer No. 8” trademark “Artisan”, or moistened.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

The dry mixture is poured into water and thoroughly mixed for 5 minutes mechanically until a uniform composition is obtained.

After 5 minutes, repeat the mixing. The resulting solution is applied in a thin layer on the surface of the blocks, blocks are applied to the applied layer of the mortar mixture and are rubbed against the masonry. The manufacturer is not responsible for the incorrect use of the material, nor for its use for purposes and conditions not provided for in this manual.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The mixture contains cement, which, when mixed with water, forms an alkali. Work should be in rubber gloves. If the solution gets into the skin or eyes, rinse them with plenty of water, if necessary, consult a doctor.

EXPIRATION DATE

In dry conditions and hermetic packaging the period of storage is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.

The dry mix is packaged in bags of 25 kg.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

The dry mixture is poured into water at a rate of approximately 5.6-6.6 liters of water per 20 kg of the mixture and thoroughly mixed for 5 minutes mechanically until a uniform composition is obtained. After 5 minutes, repeat the mixing. The resulting solution is applied at least 4 mm to the surface of the blocks, blocks are applied to the applied layer of the mortar mixture and are rubbed against the masonry, the thickness of the seam is adjusted, and the position of the blocks is adjusted. PERFORMANCE OF WORK

The dry mixture is poured into water and thoroughly mixed for 5 minutes mechanically until a uniform composition is obtained. After 5 minutes, repeat the mixing. The mortar mixture is evenly applied by a trowel or other tool to the surface. The surface of the material to be laid should be moistened, if necessary.

The mortar mixture is applied to the brick of the previous row, to the end of the next brick laid, the brick is placed in place of the masonry, its position is corrected, then the next brick is placed in the same order. The number of rows of masonry per shift depends on the quality of the material being stacked and is determined experimentally by the manufacturer of the work.
