Primer of deep penetration №8  „Super“ It is used to strengthen and improve the adhesion of the substrate surface with increased quality requirements

APPLICATION

The primer is used for pretreatment of porous, weak, strong-absorbing substrates (lightweight concrete, plaster, gypsum and brick surfaces), increasing adhesion to the substrate. Small primer particles (0,04-0,07 mm), have a strong penetration into the base, and reliably close the pores. Increases adhesion, prevents the formation of fungi and mold under the coating layer.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

Preparation of the base is carried out, according to СНиП 3.04.01-87 and ДБН В.2.6-22-2001. The substrate must be dry and strong, without visible damage. Unstable, loose areas of the surface of the base are cleaned with a brush.

!! Do not use on surfaces that are not reliably isolated from groundwater. Otherwise, the penetration of ground moisture will be a source of permanent fading and the appearance of highs.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

Primer is applied to the base with a paint brush. Bases with a large absorbing capacity, it is necessary to cover 2-3 times.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for improper use of the material, nor for its use for purposes and conditions not provided for by the instruction.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. It is advisable to work in rubber gloves. In case of contact with the skin and eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water.

EXPIRATION DATE

In a sealed container up to 12 months. Protect from frost.

PACKAGING

The primer is packaged in cans of 5 and 10 liters.

Composition:  aqueous polymer dispersion with special additives

Drying time: from 3 to 6 hours

Appearance: milky white liquid, transparent after drying

Density: around  1 kg/l

Working temperature: from +5 to +30°С

Consumption: from 0,1 to 0,45 l/m2
