The mixture is used in the facade heat insulation system with a “light wet” method for gluing the expanded polystyrene plates and performing the reinforcement layer. The mixture is elastic, has good adhesion to the base and polystyrene plates.
PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE
The substrate should be smooth, dry, durable, free from grease, old paints and other materials that reduce adhesion. Loose, weak layer must be removed. The substrate must be primed with primer No. 7 or, if necessary, with primer No. 8 of Artisan trademark before application of the mortar mixture.
PERFORMANCE OF WORK
The dry mixture is mixed manually or mechanically with clean water until a uniform consistency is obtained. Leave the mixture for 3-5 minutes, then mix again. The solution can then be used for about 2 hours. For gluing the plates, the prepared mortar mixture is applied along the perimeter of the plates by a strip (width 4-5 cm). In the center of the plate, 6-8 spots are formed, not less than 1 cm high and about 10 cm in diameter. This allows further alignment of the plates relative to each other. Covered with mortar, the area should be at least 40% of the area of the slab.
It is allowed to glue the glazing plates with Artisan C-13 glue. Apply glue to the entire surface with a notched trowel 8 x 8 or 10 x 10 mm can only be, having a flat base.
It is allowed to glue the glazing plates with Artisan C-13 glue, and make the reinforcement layer with an adhesive mixture Artisan S-15. The solution should not fall on the end plates; the excess solution must be removed.
To make a reinforcing layer of plaster it is necessary to proceed 72 hours after gluing the plates. A mortar mixture with a thin layer is applied with an even side of the spatula. The grooved side forms furrows. The fiberglass mesh is pressed into the adhesive solution. The applied solution is leveled with a flat spatula. In this case, the mesh should be located inside the layer of the adhesive solution. After drying, apply a thin layer of C-15 to remove the waffle pattern.
Careful implementation of the reinforcing layer is very important from both a constructive point of view and an aesthetic one. Unevenness must be carefully sanded so that they are not visible through a thin layer of decorative plaster. All recommendations are valid at a temperature of 20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60%.

The mixture contains cement, which when combined with water forms alkali. Avoid contact with the skin and mucous membranes. Be sure to work in rubber gloves. In case of contact with the skin and eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
In dry conditions and hermetic packaging the period of storage is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.
The dry mix is packaged in bags of 25 kg.
