Mix for blocks laying C-21

APPLICATION

The mixture is used as a masonry mortar for blocks of cellular concrete, has heat-insulating properties.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

The surface of the blocks should be cleaned of grease, old paints, dust and other materials that reduce adhesion, and treated with a deep penetration primer “№ 7” trademark “Artisan”, or moistened.

PERFORMANCE OF WORK

The dry mixture is poured into water at a rate of approximately 5.6-6.6 liters of water per 20 kg of the mixture and thoroughly mixed for 5 minutes mechanically until a uniform composition is obtained. After 5 minutes, repeat the mixing. The resulting solution is applied at least 4 mm to the surface of the blocks, blocks are applied to the applied layer of the mortar mixture and are rubbed against the masonry, the thickness of the seam is adjusted, and the position of the blocks is adjusted. The manufacturer is not responsible for the incorrect use of the material, nor for its use for purposes and conditions not provided for in this manual.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The mixture contains cement, which when combined with water forms alkali. Avoid contact with the skin and mucous membranes. Be sure to work in rubber gloves. In case of contact with the skin and eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

EXPIRATION DATE

In dry conditions and hermetic packaging the period of storage is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.

The dry mix is packaged in bags of 20 kg.
